Study Design
Study Design Background
This is a preclinical, experimental animal study aimed at investigating tumor progression, metastasis formation, and angiogenesis in a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) model. It utilizes PET-based molecular imaging with specific radiopharmaceutical tracers ([18F]FDG, [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-c(NGR), and [68Ga]Ga-NODAGA-[c(RGD)]₂) to characterize metabolic activity and angiogenic marker expression during tumor development.
