Study Design Background
This is a preclinical molecular imaging study using hybrid PET MRI and PET CT modalities to evaluate HER2 expression in various tumor models. The study integrates in vivo imaging with temporal biodistribution analysis to assess tracer specificity and tumor microenvironment effects in both HER2-positive and HER2-negative xenografts.
