Statistical Metadata Information
The following information describe some metadata of the stored datasets
from the statistical point
of view of the Preclinical Image DAtaset Repository (PIDAR). In this section, it is shown a map of the
Imaging facilities (EuroBioImaging node) , which are the Molecular Imaging Center where the
images have been acquired. Some of these places are EuroBIoimaging node.
Where does Datasets come from?
The distribution of the Imaging facility's Country (where the dataset's images have been acquired) and
Institution's Country of the datasets (owner of the datasets).
Organs/Tissue
The distribution of anatomical regions.
Imaging Modality
The distribution across the imaging modalities.
Disease Model
The distribution of the disease models.
